Featured listing terms
Plain-English terms for featured listings. By paying for a featured listing you agree to these terms.
These terms are between Greenlight Surveyors Ltd (company no. 16067475), trading as Signed Off (“we”), and the business buying a featured listing (“you”). Featured listings are for businesses only.
1. What you get
- Your listing appears in the “Featured listings” section at the top of the report pages for the regions you pay for, for each report type you offer there. The UK-wide package covers every region and the national page for each report.
- Your logo, prices, turnaround times and a short description in your own words on your listing and profile.
- Your listing is always labelled “Featured · Paid”. We will not remove or hide this label.
No more than 3 providers are featured on any one page. If more providers pay for the same page, featured providers take turns at the top each week. We do not promise any number of visits, quote requests or jobs.
2. Who can be featured
Only providers whose accreditation we have checked against the scheme’s public register can be featured. You must tell us straight away if an accreditation lapses, is suspended or is withdrawn. We may check again at any time.
3. Price and payment
- Regional: £29 a month for each region. UK-wide: £99 a month. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
- You can only subscribe once we have verified your accreditation. We then send you a link to subscribe through our payment provider, Stripe, and you pay monthly in advance by card or another method Stripe offers. Stripe sends your receipts.
- We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email of any price change.
4. Cancelling
- There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing [email protected].
- Your featured listing stays live until the end of the month you have paid for. We don’t refund part months.
- If a payment fails and isn’t made up within 7 days, your listing goes back to a free listing.
- Your free basic listing stays on the site unless you ask us to remove it.
5. Your content
You confirm that the logo, prices, turnaround times and description you send us are accurate, that you have the right to use them, and that they are not misleading. We may edit them for length, style or accuracy, and we may refuse anything that is misleading, offensive or breaks advertising rules. You give us permission to show your content on Signed Off while your featured listing is live.
6. When we can end a featured listing
We can end a featured listing straight away, and refund any unused whole months, if your accreditation cannot be verified or lapses, if you give misleading information to us or to customers, if we receive repeated well-founded complaints about you, or if you break these terms. We can also stop offering featured listings on 30 days’ notice.
7. Our responsibility
We will take reasonable care running the site, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. General
We may update these terms by giving you 30 days’ notice by email. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions? Email [email protected].
