How it works
- Apply below. Tell us which regions you want. If you aren’t listed yet, we’ll add you at the same time.
- We verify you. We check your accreditation against the scheme’s public register, usually within 2 working days. Nothing is charged before this.
- Subscribe securely. We email you a link to subscribe by card through Stripe, for a single region or UK-wide.
- Go live. Send us your logo, prices and turnaround times, and your featured listing goes live, usually within 2 working days.
Questions
Where exactly will my listing appear?
At the top of the report pages for the region you choose, for every report type you offer there, in a “Featured listings” section above the other providers. UK-wide listings also appear at the top of the national page for each report. Your profile page shows your logo, prices and turnaround times.
How many firms can be featured?
No more than 3 on any one page, so a featured place stays worth having. If more firms want a region than there are places, featured firms take turns at the top each week, and we may operate a waiting list.
Can I be featured in more than one region?
Yes. Subscribe once for each region you want, or choose UK-wide (£99 a month) to cover all 12 regions.
Why do you need to verify us first?
Featured listings sit at the top of the page, so we check your accreditation against the scheme’s public register before we take any payment. It protects homeowners and it protects the value of the label.
Is there a contract?
No. It is a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time, and it runs to the end of the month you have paid for. The full terms are in our featured listing terms.
Does paying change our accreditation badge or reviews?
No. Payment only changes where you appear on the page. The checks we show, and the “Featured · Paid” label, are the same for everyone.
Do I still get a free listing if I don’t pay?
Yes. Basic listings are free and always will be. Featured is optional.
