Your listing is claimed and your firm account is ready. Here’s what happens next:
- When a customer near you asks for a report you offer, we email you a summary of the job.
- Sign in to the firm portal to see it and decide whether to respond. You have 48 hours.
- Your first 5 requests cost nothing. After that you only pay for requests you respond to, from your prepaid credit.

Your email isn’t at your firm’s own website, so we check each claim by hand, usually within two working days.
- We check you run the firm, for example against your website, Companies House or your accreditation register. We may phone the number on your website.
- When it’s approved we email you a link that signs you straight in. You can also sign in here any time with your email.
- Your first 5 quote requests are free once you’re in.
By responding to a request you agree to the provider terms.
You’re charged a lead’s price only when you respond to it, and your first 5 leads are free. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Credit history
Delete your firm account
This closes your account: you stop getting quote requests at once and are signed out, and we delete your account details within 30 days, keeping only the accounting records the law requires. If you have credit left, we refund it to your card. Your free listing in the directory stays unless you also ask us to remove it.
