About these reports
Domestic EPC. An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rates how energy efficient a home is, from A to G, and lists ways to improve it.
Commercial EPC. A commercial (non-domestic) EPC rates the energy performance of a building such as a shop, office, warehouse or restaurant.
SAP calculations. A SAP calculation shows building control that a new home, conversion or heavily glazed extension meets the energy and carbon targets in Part L of the Building Regulations.
Retrofit assessment. A retrofit assessment is the survey that starts any energy-efficiency project run under PAS 2035, the standard behind government-funded schemes and TrustMark-registered work.
Damp and timber survey. A damp and timber survey investigates the cause of damp, mould or timber decay in a property, which matters before buying a home, before renovation work, or whenever damp shows up and you need to know what’s actually causing it.
Asbestos survey. If your home or building was built or last altered before 2000, it may contain asbestos.
